Dog Photo Shoot - Terms and Conditions

“The Client(s)” shall be those persons defined in the booking form. In the following terms & conditions “the Photographer” shall mean Shaun Barr trading as Shaun Barr Photography. It is mutually agreed that the following terms of agreement form an integral part of this contract and cannot be varied in any way by the client(s) unless such conditions are expressly agreed by the photographer in writing.

By booking with the photographer you agree to the below Terms and Conditions.

The dog’s welfare is my primary concern. I reserve the right to refuse to begin or continue a shoot if I feel it to be in the dog’s best interest.
Postponement of the booking can be made up to 7 days before the actual shoot date, after which only unavoidable circumstances will be accepted at my discretion and arrangements made to reschedule.
As the shoot’s success may be affected by weather conditions, I may opt to change the shoot time and date if necessary. I will of course endeavour to give you as much notice as possible.
The copyright to ALL images remains with Shaun Barr Photography. I, the Photographer, assert the right to be credited as the author of the Photos in accordance with Sections 77 and 78 of Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Any unauthorised reproduction or modification of any images will constitute a breach of copyright. This INCLUDES making copies or ‘screen shots’ of images shared by the Photographer online.
All digital images are sold on a Personal Use Licence. This Licence allows you to print any purchased high resolution images, but images must not be sold, uploaded to websites (other than for printing), entered into competitions or used for any commercial purposes. You are permitted to upload low resolution image files with logo to share on social media etc. You are not permitted to remove the logo or alter the images in any way.
I reserve the right to use any image for marketing purposes, both on my website and in other marketing media.
Waiver of liability: client expressly releases the photographer, his employees and agents from all claims, damages, and liabilities that may result from accidents or incidents that occur during the photo session.
In the unlikely event of technical problems, photographic failure, injury or sickness beyond the Photographer’s control, my liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid.
